Perfect Backyard BBQ Ribs for Calgarys Long Weekends

These ribs strike the perfect balance between smoky, sweet, and tender.

Ingredients

Rub: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt

Sauce: 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp Worcestershire, 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

1. Remove membrane from ribs, apply rub

2. Cook at 225°F for 3 hours

3. Wrap in foil, cook 2 more hours

4. Sauce and grill 5-10 min per side

5. Rest 10 minutes before serving
